Looking For A Freelance Graphic & Web Designer.
If you are “extremely typographically-oriented,” if the names Herb Lubalin, Bob Priest, and (even) Milton Glaser bring serifed notes of joy to you, please contact us.
Newly-formed online media publisher launching new blog sites. Looking for extremely typographically-oriented editorial and web designer who is familiar with graphic styles of the 70s & 80s (read: Esquire and GQ Magazines from those time periods,) and is an expert at creating an online environment that requires little modification upon delivery.
Additionally, we need you to be a corporate identity program expert - basically, starting with a great logo and collateral materials.
You are an experienced designer who can code and manipulate Wordpress templates in your sleep. You dream of website creation, site design, and have a Nobel Prize in logo design. (CSS, of course, was genetically coded into your DNA.) Of course, SEO experience is a pre-requisite, and you’ll want your code to be W3C Standards Compliant, or you wouldn’t even think of contacting us.
In short, the word ‘quality’ is your middle name. (But you knew that already.)
Your role would be freelance, compensation is project-based.
Please forward links to websites you have created, and indicate your role and ownership of project, including client name, if redesign or built from scratch, SEO involvement and opportunities. For logo design, please forward links to your portfolio online, or email low-res versions of logos.
If this sounds like you, please include a cover letter, resume, and the information requested above.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks!
