Try the diner on 42nd bet 9th and 10th - the old Kraft that now moved to their new digs and I can't remember their name. I like that better than Westway. But you're right, Hell's Kitchen needs a good diner. At least Brooklyn Diner has a Times Square location now - try that. I like Empire Diner and enjoy their apple & walnut omellets.
