David Beckham & Robbie Williams to play a gay couple in Desperate Housewives?

As I first mentioned last week, plans are in the works to add a gay couple to Wisteria Lane. We now learn that the couple may indeed be novel not only for their inclusion into the top-ranked TV show, but also for whom they are in the real world. Gay Orbit quotes Showbiz Spy that

“British singer Robbie Williams and LA Galaxy soccer star David Beckham are going to star in hit TV show ‘Desperate Housewives’ as a gay couple.”

Marc must be popping his cherry, right about … now.
