“Same-Sex Marriage Is Wreaking Havoc Across Our Country.”

Anita Staver, a “values voter” and president of Liberty Counsel, appeared last night on MSNBC’s Hardball with Chris Matthews. She first compared the allowance of same-sex marriage to the allowance of slavery, then went into a diatribe against gay marriage and children, stating,

“It’s (same-sex marriage) wreaking havoc across our country’s [sic] and the lives of children and we really just can’t continue to sit back and watch this happen…”

and then said that children are

“being pulled apart from their natural biological parents and being put in the lives of same-sex couples who aren’t even really related just based on some past relationship.”

Congrats to Matthews for calling her on it, but how can anyone say these things?
